Veggie heads like myself love the grill just as much as all the meat eaters out there. There aren’t many things I like more than grilled veggies…except grilled shrimp maybe!
Skewers of summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant and vidalia onions. Brushed with an olive oil, garlic and s&p mixture.
The shrimp was seasoned with the olive oil mixture too. Man-friend added some cajun seasoning to his skewer.

We also grilled a wheat baguette to enjoy with dinner too! Next week is the first week of our summer farm share from Crystal Spring Farms in Brunswick. Fresh organic veggies will be coming our way until the fall! I can’t wait 🙂
