Hey there veggie heads! I hope everyone had a great weekend! I spent the weekend in Bangor doing fun family things! Back to the work today though! We still had a fridge full of farm share goods and more coming tomorrow so we had to eat-em up! I got the urge for grilled veggies and sent the Man-friend to the store to pick up some salmon.
Two zucchini, string beans, and baby red onions went into tin foil with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt & pepper, and steak seasoning (don’t worry there’s no meat in it!). The salmon also got a brush of olive oil, steak seasoning, paprika and a sprinkle of raw sugar too (for a little sweetness!)
Grilled to crunchy perfection! The seasoning made the salmon look burnt but it was super moist inside! Delicious dinner!
Time to chill and maybe get to bed early. I just signed up to run a 10k on August 4th (so not ready). I’ve got to get up early to see how far I can run! Have a great night!
